Is there a way to fast track an order?Updated a month ago
We don’t offer the option to fast-track orders. Our workshop schedule is carefully planned based on the order date, product type, and our team’s workload.
All orders are produced within their standard lead times, and unfortunately, it isn’t possible to pay to have your order prioritised over others.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order will be dispatched together, following the longest lead time. To receive items with shorter lead times sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
We strongly advise against using estimated lead times as a basis for booking tradespeople or scheduling renovations, as manufacturing or delivery delays can occasionally occur.
