Delivery, Lead Times & Returns

What is the lead time?

As all our solid wood furniture and wooden shelves are made to order we do need time for the workshop to make the pieces for you. Each piece has a different lead time, which can change. Lead times for each item are listed on the product pages on the

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to addresses across the UK including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. At present we do not deliver internationally. Do contact customer services for more information on international deliveries.

My delivery has arrived, is the packaging recyclable?

Our packaging is recyclable. Cardboard, bubble wrap and plastic wrapping are widely recycled, either as part of your household waste collections, or at local recycling centres. You can find your nearest location by visiting this website, Recycle Now.

My furniture was delivered on a pallet, what do I do with the pallet now?

Our larger furniture items are delivered on a pallet. You can find out more this type of delivery here. The delivery company will not take the pallet away. If you wish to dispose of it, you could take it to your local Household Recycling Centre, and

I've missed my delivery, what can I do?

If you have missed a delivery you can use your tracking number on the courier’s website to re-arrange this.

My tracking number isn't working, what can I do?

If your tracking number isn’t recognised, please check again the next working day for any updates. If the issue persists, let us know and we’ll look into it and get back to you.

I have experienced an issue during delivery, what do I do?

If there has been a problem with delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible along with photographs if applicable and we will investigate and get back to you.

I've received my item but I ordered the wrong thing, what do I do?

If you have ordered the wrong item you can return the order to us within 30 days of delivery. Please consult our returns policy for details.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order to us in its original packaging, and original condition within 30 days of the item being delivered. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been installed or used. Please read our Returns page for information on our Ret

Is there a way to fast track an order?

We don’t offer the option to fast-track orders. Our workshop schedule is carefully planned based on the order date, product type, and our team’s workload. All orders are produced within their standard lead times, and unfortunately, it isn’t possible
